An excellent coffee with white chocolate and steamed milk topped with whipped cream.
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons coffee
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Add coffee in a plunger and pour boiling water. Set aside for 5 min.
Meanwhile heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat. When it begins to simmer add white chocolate and stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted.
Remove from heat and add sugar.
Divide coffee between mugs. Top with milk and chocolate mixture.
Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
