Ingredients

  • 1 kg ‏small sized Potatoes
  • As desired ‏black pepper and salt
  • 1 tablespoon ‏Caraway seeds (Zeera)
  • 2 twigs ‏fresh rosemary
  • 4 tablespoons ‏olive oil

Directions:

  1. Wash the potatoes and leave the skin on. Cook in salted boiling water with cumin seeds for 15 minutes. Drain and cool.

  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the potatoes in halves and put cut side down in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Overlay the rosemary twigs and season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
