Try this roasted cauliflower instead of boiled one. Roasting a cauliflower with olive oil and lemon juice intensifies its flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 pound ‏cauliflower, cut into 2 inch florets
  • 1 teaspoon ‏salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ‏black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ‏olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ‏crushed red chili
  • 4 ‏garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ‏lemon juice

Directions:

  1. In a bowl add oil, lemon juice and cauliflower.

  2. Season with salt, black pepper and add crushed red chili. Toss to incorporate.

  3. Transfer the mixture to baking dish and roast for about 30 min until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown. Serve hot and ENJOY!
