• one kg ‏Prawn
  • 2 cup ‏Yogurt
  • 1 cup ‏Cream
  • 2 tbsp ‏Lemon juice
  • ‏Ginger garlic paste
  • a pinch ‏Red chili
  • a bit ‏Carom seeds


  1. Take prawns in a dish and add lemon juice, carom seeds and cook for some time in some oil. Add cream in the yogurt and mix.
  2. Next add ginger garlic paste, a bit of oregano and a pinch of salt. Take this yogurt and pour it on the prawns.
  3. Take some oil in a deep frying pan and put the prawns and yogurt in it. Cook on low heat. When the gravy dries up, take it off fire. Prawns are ready.
