At times you would just want to have a simple cracker or a plain biscuit to go with your daily cup of evening/morning tea. Perfect for those times!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz or ½ of a quarter kg ‏Sugar
  • 12 oz ‏Flour
  • 8 oz ‏Butter
  • one ‏Egg

Directions

  1. Beat butter and sugar in a bowl. Add an egg and beat well. Now add flour and leave it for 15 to 20 minute-s in the freezer.
  2. Now roll it and with the help of a cutter, cut out biscuits. Bake them in a preheated oven at 350 deg F for about 15 to 20 minutes.
