Peshawri kebab

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg ‏Minced meat
  • 1/2 to 1 tbs ‏Red chili powder
  • 1 tbs ‏Anardana
  • 1/2 tbs ‏Cumin
  • 1/2 tbs ‏Coriander seeds
  • ‏Salt according to taste
  • 1 ‏Onion (chopped)
  • 1 or 2 ‏Tomatoes (chopped)
  • ‏Green chilies a few (chopped)
  • 1 tsp ‏Ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tsp ‏Garlic (chopped)
  • 3 ‏Eggs
  • 1/2 cup ‏Corn flour

Directions

  1. Lightly beat two eggs, fry them in a pan with about a tbsp of oil. Keep stirring so that egg fries in small pieces.
  2. Mix with meat. Add all the rest of the ingredients listed above. Break the egg, lightly beat and add in meat.
  3. Make thin patties, fry in hot oil, do not turn over till they are well done from the bottom.
