A hot, peppery dish for those with a taste for spicy pasta. Try this super simple recipe at home and share the love with your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg ‏chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup ‏olive oil
  • 6 ‏garlic cloves
  • 2 ‏tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup ‏tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup ‏fresh basil leaves
  • 1 ‏penne pasta packet
  • 1 teaspoon ‏salt
  • 1 teaspoon ‏black pepper
  • 2 ‏eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups ‏bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ‏red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoon ‏castor sugar

Directions:

  1.  Take around quarter cup olive oil and heat it in a pan. Crush the garlic cloves with the back of a knife and saute for a minute. Add in red pepper flakes and keep stirring for another minute. Add in the diced tomatoes and the puree and cook for a few more minutes. Add the basil leaves and cook for fifteen minutes. Now add salt, black pepper and 2 tsp sugar. The tomatoe sauce is ready. You can also add a tsp of oregano for the extra flavor.

  2.  Boil the pasta in bowl with a teaspoon of salt and follow the directions as given on its packet. Boil till the pasta is tender. Drain and take it out in a dish.

  3. Beat two eggs and add in black pepper and salt. Dip the chicken (cut in any shape) in the egg and then wrap it in bread crumbs. Fry these for five to ten minutes until they are ready. Cut in chunks of any size as you want.

  4. Toss in the chicken in the red sauce. Now pour over this mixture on to the pasta, toss to mix and garnish with basil leaves and shredded cheese of your choice. Enjoy
