Peach and orange juice smoothie is a delicious blend of peaches with orange juice and yogurt. For the sweetest start of your day, have this refreshing beverage. It is the best breakfast drink and can be made anytime through out the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ‏peaches
  • 1/2 cup ‏peach yogurt
  • 1 cup ‏orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ‏milk
  • 4 scoops ‏peach ice cream
  • 1 cup ‏crushed ice

Directions:

  1. Wash the peaches and let them dry. Then peel them, pit and slice them. If you don’t bother peeling the fruit, as the skin contain nutrients, go with the skin. After slicing freeze them.

  2. In a blender, process peaches with peach yogurt and milk. If you like the fruit chunks in your shake, process the fruit at the end with very less blending time.

  3. Now add ice cubes and ice cream and blend again.

  4. Now pour the shake into a pitcher, add orange juice and stir well till its all mixed with the shake. Pour into glasses and serve cold immediately.

    For smoothies and juices always use fresh fruits for a refreshing, fruity flavor.
