Mango passion is a pure mango dessert, with the chunks of mango in mango cream. I usually prefer it creamy without jelly but it will still be yummy with jelly too. Make this superb dish and let us know what you think. Hope you enjoy making it! For mango lovers, its purely a delight!
- 3/4 cup mango custard
- 1 packet mango jelly, optional
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 3 cups mango chunks
Blend mango pulp of one large mango in an electric blender to get 1 cup mango puree.
In a bowl mix mango puree with mango custard and fresh cream and mix till all the ingredients are mixed and incorporated.
Add milk and mix. (You can adjust the quantity of milk to have your desired consistency).
(Optional) Make mango jelly and cool it a bit. Before it sets, add it to the above creamy mixture, mix, add mango chunks and refrigerate.
Fold in mango chunks to the creamy mixture and refrigerate.
