Try this unique mango dessert having mango chunks with cream separated with a layer of jelly and biscuits. Enjoy this light and refreshing dessert in summer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1 packet mango jelly
- 1 1/2 cups whip cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla custard
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup Marie Biscuits ground
- 1/2 cup almonds (ground)
Directions:

Make jelly by dissolving its contents in 2 cups of boiling water. Do not let it set, just let it cool a bit.

Mix vanilla custard with whip cream and keep a side.

Mix crushed almonds and biscuits crumbs in a bowl.

Take two large parfait glasses, layer their bottom with custard and whip cream mixture followed with the layer of ground biscuits and almonds.

Pour lime juice equally to both the parfait glasses on the biscuits layer.

Next add the layer of jelly on biscuits and let it cool completely by refrigerating it for 10 minutes.

When the jelly is set, top the dessert with the mango chunks, refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve cold.
