This valentine’s day surprise your kids with these heart shaped french toast topped with maple syrup. AAAA!!! What a wonderful way to start their day with this beautifully presented breakfast.
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 bread slices
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
In a bowl add egg, milk and sugar. Mix well and stir in honey.
Melt butter in frying pan.
With the help of heart shaped cutter cut the hearts from the slices of bread.
Dip each heart into the egg mixture and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Transfer them to a plate and top with cinnamon and maple syrup.
Serve with fresh strawberries and ENJOY!
