Marinated chicken in teriyaki sauce and lemon juice, when grilled gives a magnificent taste.Do try this grilled teriyaki chicken.
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 pineapple
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Pierce chicken breasts with a fork.
Mix together teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, pineapple juice and garlic in a bowl. Add chicken breasts in it. Toss to coat and set aside for at least 2 hours.
Core and peel pineapple. Cut it into slices.
Preheat grill at 375 F. Grease the grill with olive oil and place chicken breasts on it.
Grill for 10-12 min until it turns golden brown on both sides and the juices run clear when pierced with knife.
Grill pineapple slices until golden brown.
Slice chicken and serve over steamed rice along with the grilled pineapple slices. ENJOY!
