Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich is a winner for kids all over the globe. Chicken breast piece marinated with delicious spices and grilled for a cooked juicy taste sandwiched in white bread with tomatoes, lettuce and boiled egg and mayonnaise is irresistible.
- 1 Chicken Breast Piece Grilled
- 6 White Bread Slices
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 Hard boiled egg sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
- As required salad leaves
- As required salt and black pepper powder
- 4 skewers
Toast all the slices from both sides until golden brown.
Spread 1 TBS mayo on the slice with the layer of tomatoes and boiled egg slices. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on them.
Top with another slice and spread another TBS of mayo to the slice, put a lettuce leaf and then put half of the grilled chicken on it. Top with the slice. Repeat the same steps for another sandwich.
Cut both the sandwiches diagonally into two. Assemble each with a skewer to hold them together. Serve with fries and creamy salad.
