Beat the heat in summer with this chilled creamy fruit dessert. Enjoy the creamy cool feeling of this wonderful dessert. I am sure you will fall in love with the superb combination of fruit chunks in ice cream.
- 4 large or six small eggs egg white
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 1 apple
- 8-10 strawberries
- 1 mango
- 250 gms grapes
- 1 peach
- 2 banana
- 1/2 cup Pineapple chunks
- kiwi (optional)
Add sugar to the fresh cream and beat well till the sugar is completely dissolved.
Rinse out all the fruit.
Peel apple, mango, peach and banana and cut them in big cubes. Slice strawberries.
Add all the fruit to the cream and refrigerate.
At the time of serving, beat egg white with a beater till it becomes fluffy.
Fold in the beated egg white to the fruit and cream mixture. Mix and serve chilled.
Even if you beat the egg white before the time of serving, but do not mix it to the cream long before the serving time.
I always prefer fresh fruit for this recipe but fruit cocktail can also be used.
