Make this refreshing and healthy flavored yogurt, in pure hygienic environment, at home in summers. Let your kids enjoy it with its all natural nutrients.
- 500 gm plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1/2 packet or 40 gm jelly
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup whip cream
- 5-6 Fresh strawberry slices
In a bowl. gently whisk yogurt.
Heat water in a pan, add jam and jelly. Let the water boil and then simmer for about 2 minutes till jam is melted and incorporated well resulting in a syrup.
Let it cool a bit and add it to the yogurt, whisk gently to mix it evenly. Let the jelly syrup set in yogurt.
Pour it in serving bowl or parfait glass, refrigerate it for about an hour till it is set.
Garnish with whip cream and strawberry slices. Chilled strawberry yogurt is ready to serve.
