Nothing is better in taste and health than food cooked at home. Enjoy this delicious and easy to make, home-made egg pudding.
- 4 Egg
- 2 slices Bread
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 4 oz Butter
- ½ kg Milk
- As required Oil
- Melt butter and put it on bread slices. Now cut square pieces out of these.
- Glaze a baking pan with oil and place these pieces in it. Sprinkle one tbsp sugar on top. Pour a little bit of milk on the slices. This will soften the slices. Next beat an egg so that it forms a foamy texture. Add to it sugar and 1 ½ cup milk and beat well. Now pour it on the slices and put it for baking at 350” for half an hour.
- You can always perform the toothpick check test to see if it is perfectly baked or not. When its done, take it out and allow it to cool at room temperature. You can garnish it with caramel.
