This pudding recipe is a treat for pudding lovers. Combining the goodness of pure and fresh ingredients, this recipe will leave your senses tingling for more.

Ingredients

  • One ‏Egg
  • 2 slices ‏Bread
  • ½ kg ‏Milk
  • 4 oz ‏Sugar
  • Few ‏Cardamom
  • 1 tbsp ‏Oil

Directions

  1. Take some oil in a pan and heat it. Put some cardamom seeds in the oil. This will give off a nice aroma.
  2. Mix egg yolk and sugar and beat well with an electric beater. Beat egg white separately. Now soak bread slices in milk and mash it well with hands.
  3. Now add the oil, bread, milk, egg yolk and egg white, all in a bowl and mix well. Take a baking tray and glaze it. Place this mixture inside the tray and set to bake at 350 deg (preheated oven) for approximately half an hour.
  4. Allow it to cool at room temperature and then you can place it in the refrigerator. Top it with any sweet sauce of your choice e.g. caramel or honey. Enjoy this simple yet delicious recipe of home-made pudding.
