Cucumber dill smoothie… An absolute perfect drink for summer as it is simply light and refreshing.
- 1 Cucumber (chopped)
- 1-2 Fresh Dill sprig (chopped)
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (crushed)
- fresh dill for garnishing
In a blender add cucumber, dill sprigs, mint leaves, lemon juice and water.
Blend it until smooth.
Add crushed ice cubes and blend for 30 seconds.
Pour in to the serving glasses and garnish with fresh dill. ENJOY!
