A lovely yet light baked cream puff recipe that is easy to make and delicious to taste. Do try this at home!

Ingredients For Puff

  • one cup ‏Flour
  • one cup ‏Water
  • 2 tbsp ‏Margarine
  • 4 ‏Eggs

Directions for Puff

  1. Take some water in a saucepan and add margarine to it. Heat it till the margarine is completely dissolved.
  2. Add one pinch of salt and one cup flour and mix. Beat the eggs and slowly mix it in the flour mixture.
  3. Grease a tray and put the batter in it with the help of a spoon. Place it in the oven for baking.

Ingredients For Cream

  • ½ cup ‏Sugar
  • 3 tbsp ‏Flour
  • 2 ‏Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp ‏Gelatin
  • 1 tsp ‏Vanilla essence
  • 3 cups ‏Milk
  • 1 cup ‏Cream

Directions for Cream

  1. Take milk and sugar in a pan and heat it. Now add gelatin powder and cook on medium heat. Add egg yolks and keep stirring. Next add in vanilla essence and allow it to cool.
  2. When the batter has cooled down, add well beaten cream to it. Now take out the baked cream puffs and fill them with the cream just made. Enjpy!
