  • One liter ‏Milk
  • 3 Tbsp ‏Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tsp ‏Coffee Grains
  • 5 -6 tsp ‏Condensed milk
  • one pack ‏Fresh Cream
  • one cup ‏Whip Cream
  • 12 to 14 ‏Rusks
  • ‏Chocolate Bar for garnishing

  1. Blend coffee and cocoa powder in a cup with some milk while its cold. Put this up for boiling till the mixture thickens somewhat (around 15 to 20 minutes later). Add the condensed milk and fresh cream to the mixture and keep mixing on low flame for a few more minutes.
  2. Keep stirring while making so that you do not form any lumps. Prepare some whip cream and add a few drops of vanilla essence in it. Set it to cool in the freezer.
  3. Lay out a layer of rusks in a square or rectangular dish. Pour out the coffee mixture on top so that the rusks get soaked completely. Lay out a layer of whip cream, evening it out to the edges. Sprinkle a pinch or two of cocoa powder and make patterns on it with a tooth pick.
  4. Grate the chocolate bar and garnish the dessert as you like. Enjoy!
