Chicken Steak

Here is a simple recipe of chicken steak with a spicy sauce. The moist and tender chicken steak is one of our favorite meals. Every bite of this steak is simply delicious. To make it a complete meal serve it with some stir fry vegetables and fries.


  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breast (lightly flatten)


  • 1 tsp ‏Ketchup
  • 1 tsp ‏Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp ‏Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp ‏Salt
  • 1/2 tsp ‏Black Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp ‏Red Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ‏Lemon juice
  • 2-3 ‏Mushroom ( chopped)
  • 3 tbsp ‏Chedder Cheese ( grated)
  • 1 tbsp ‏Oil


  • 1/2 tsp ‏Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp ‏Salt
  • 1/4 tsp ‏Black Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp ‏Red Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ‏Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp ‏Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp ‏Cream
  • a pinch ‏Oregano Leaves
  • 1 tbsp ‏Butter


  • a small pinch ‏Salt
  • a small pinch ‏Black Pepper powder
  • 1 ‏Onion (sliced)
  • 1 ‏Green Capsicum (sliced)
  • 1 ‏Tomato (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp ‏Butter


  1. Add all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl along with the chicken breast pieces. Toss to coat and leave it for at least one hour.
  2. Grease a grill pan and place marinated chicken breast on it. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes (10 minutes per side).
  3. Mean while heat butter in a pan. Add in garlic paste, oregano leaves, salt, black pepper powder and red chili powder.
  4. Mix well and cook for a minute. Now stir in tomato paste, ketchup and cream. Again cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes and then turn off the flame.
  5. When the breast pieces are fully cooked transfer the pieces to a serving plate and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Pour the sauce on the top
  6. Take another pan and place it over medium heat and add butter. When it starts to melt add onion, capsicum and tomatoes. Stir fry on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle salt and black pepper. Mix well and turn off the flame.
  7. Pour sauce on the top of steak and serve with stir fry vegetables. Enjoy!
