Chicken nuggets – An all time kids favorite dish. Try these easy baked chicken nuggets which are delicious, crispy and healthy.
- 1 Chicken breast fillet
- As desired salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
- A pinch oregano
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons plain flour
Cut chicken in cubes. Put together chicken, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, oregano in a blender and blend until a paste is formed.
Put it in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Make nuggets with this mixture shaping them as you like.
Beat eggs in a bowl. In a bowl take plain flour. In another bowl mix together Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Take a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roll the nuggets first in flour, then in eggs and finely in breadcrumbs-Parmesan mixture. Put in the baking tray.
Preheat oven to 180 degree. Bake the nuggets for 15 minutes. Nuggets can also be fried in a frying pan over medium heat for 10 minutes.
