Try these mouthwatering kid’s favorite chicken hot shots at home and i am sure that these crispy and juicy chicken bites will  make your day.

FOR MARINATION:

  • 500gm ‏Chicken Boneless(cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 1 tsp ‏Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp ‏Salt
  • 1/2 tsp ‏Black Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp ‏Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ‏Mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp ‏Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ‏Chili Garlic Sauce

FOR BATTER:

  • 3 to 4 tbsp ‏Corn Flour
  • 1/4 tsp ‏Salt
  • 1/4 tsp ‏White Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp ‏Paprika
  • 1 tbsp ‏Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ‏Baking powder
  • ‏Milk to make thick batter

OTHER:

  • ‏Oil for frying
  • 1 cup ‏Flour
  • 1 tbsp ‏Chicken powder

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add chicken cubes along with garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, paprika, vinegar, mustard powder and chili garlic sauce. Mix well.
  2. Leave the chicken cubes for 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. Take another bowl and add corn flour, salt, white pepper powder, paprika, chili sauce, baking powder and milk. Note : Add milk until a thick batter is formed . Mix all ingredients with whisk.
  4. Mix flour and chicken powder in a plate and set aside this dry mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a wok.
  6. Add chicken cubes in the batter and then roll them in a dry mixture of flour. In the end do not forget to remove excess flour. Repeat the step for all the chicken cubes.
  7. Fry coated chicken cubes on medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Place them on paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed by the towel.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy with ketchup.
