A very easy and quick recipe to have a yummy tasty instant chicken egg sandwich. A healthy start for the kids or have them in evening snack with tea.
- 1 cup Chicken boiled and shredded
- 4 eggs
- As required salt and chili paste
- 1/2 cup spring onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- As required fresh parsley
- 1 cup oil for frying
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 8 bread slices
- As desired ketchup
- As desired Mayonnaise
- As desired chili sauce
Beat eggs in a mixing bowl.
Add all the ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and fry both the sides of slices till light golden in color.
Spread ketchup on one side of slice and mayonnaise on the other slice of sandwich. Place a slice of tomato and onion on the slice and sprinkle some salt and black pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and make omelette of the eggs mixture. Make four omelette of equal sizes.
Place omelette on the garnished slice and before covering with the other slice spread some chili sauce on the omelet. Repeat these steps for the other slices too.
Serve in a serving plate with ketchup.
