School times are fun times but coming up with a healthy and nutritional recipe for kid’s lunch is such a difficult task. But fret not, as here we are presenting to you yummy, nutritious recipes for kid’s lunchboxes. This one’s special, the kids will love it.
- 1 cup Pasta
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/8 tsp Oregano
- 1/8 tsp Basil
- 50 g Cheese
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- Put some pasta in boiling water and keep boiling until it becomes tender. Be a little careful with handling pasta as you do not want it to be over cooked.
- Next, place butter and milk in a pan and heat it on medium heat. Add oregano, basil and salt in it. (Note: For babies younger than one year, do not add salt).
- Now add cottage cheese . (Note: You can use any other cheese like Mozzarella, Gouda etc). Mix it well. When it becomes a little thick, add boiled pasta and toss it well. Your cheesy pasta is ready to be served.
