Caramel Pudding

Caramel pudding is a simple vanilla dessert with the caramel topping. This pudding is so soft and silky that it is just scrumptious. Start your day with this healthy dessert and you will surely love it.


  • 2 cups ‏milk
  • 4 ‏eggs
  • 1 can ‏Condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup ‏Sugar for caramelizing
  • 1 teaspoon ‏vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ‏corn flour
  • A pinch of ‏salt


  1. Heat a pan and melt sugar at very low flame until the color changes to dark brown, remove from heat or caramel will burn.

  2. Pour the melted sugar in a dish. Make sure it spreads evenly to the bottom of the dish.

  3. Now beat eggs, corn flour, vanilla extract, salt with an electric beater till all mixed well.

  4. Slowly and gradually add milk to the above mixture. Blending well after every addition

  5. Add condensed milk and beat for 2 minutes till all incorporated well.

  6. Pour the mixture in a dish over the caramelized sugar.

  7. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees and bake for 35- 40 minutes until the fork inserted in the middle comes out clean

  8. Let it cool a bit and then refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Unmold the pudding by running knife through its edges so that it leaves the wall of the dish and comes out easily. Serve and enjoy.
