A perfect valentine day dessert is chocolaty brownie trifle layered with its special white cream and cocoa-coffee syrup. Try this out and make your day special having this special dessert with your loved ones.
- 1 brownie
- 1 packet strawberry jelly
- 6 tablespoons fresh cream
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
For cocoa-coffee syrup:
- 200 ml water
- 1 teaspoon heaped Cocoa
- 2 teaspoon coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- As desired chocolate syrup
- As desired Strawberry jam/ smarties/ cocoa powder
- Mix all the ingredients of cocoa coffee syrup in water and heat on medium flame for about 10 minutes. (make sure everything is dissolved and mixed well)
Cut your brownie into 1 by 1 inch square pieces.
Mix fresh cream to yogurt and sugar in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Make strawberry jelly by dissolving all its contents to the 1.5 cups of boiling water, let it cool a bit.
Take your ice cream parfait glasses layer their bottom with brownie chunks.
Pour the cocoa sugar syrup equally, over brownie, to both the parfait glasses.
Add strawberry jelly, over the syrup, equally to both the glasses. Refrigerate the glasses till the jelly settle well.
Now Pour the cream yogurt mix over the settled jelly, Garnish with chocolate syrup and jam, or sprinkle some cocoa over the top or layer them with smarties for the kids.
