A simple recipe to make light, almond biscuits that simply melt in your mouth leaving you craving for more.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz ‏Flour
  • 2 tbsp ‏Milk
  • 4 oz ‏Sugar
  • 6 oz ‏Butter
  • As Required ‏Almonds
  • 1 tsp ‏Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp ‏Salt
  • 2 tbsp ‏Orange peels

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients with hands. Then make small cookies out of the dough. Dip in egg white and cover both sides with crushed almonds or make small balls and press them with a spoon.
  2. Now place an almond at the centre, press it and repeat the process for all cookies. Glaze a baking tray and place these cookies up for baking in a preheated oven at 350 deg for like 20 minutes or until golden brown.
